If you have dental insurance, it is important for you to realize the following:

  • Your policy is an agreement between you or your and employer and the insurance company.
  • We will fill out the necessary forms, estimate charges for treatment and file any necessary pre-authorizations. However, we can make no guarantees regarding the amount that will be covered.
  • You will be responsible for all charges not covered under your insurance plan.
  • We will do everything possible to help you receive the full benefits of your policy.


    • Payment is expected at the time of service, unless financial arrangements have been made in advance. Below are the payment options:

  • Cash or check
  • Credit cards. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or your bank debit card.
  • Interest-free payment plans are available upon approval. However, they require additional paperwork and must be approved prior to treatment.
